We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from GG Optix
At the same time, we realize that we can’t please every person every time – no matter how much we want to.
So if you ordered the wrong item, or for some reason you just don’t want or like the product, we completely understand. You have a full 60 days from the date of purchase to return it.
Non-manufacturer warranty (Anything outside of 60 days) returns are subject, at GG Optix’s discretion, to a restocking fee of 15% of the sales price (plus shipping) of the item.
We ask that all products be returned in their original packaging, in a “resell-able” and “re-shippable” condition. In the event that either of these conditions is not met, GG Optix will need to charge for one or more of the following labor and material costs:
- Re-packaging
- Product cleaning
- Re-labeling
If it is determined that the product cannot be re-sold due to excessive scratching, dents, dings, etc., and there are no manufacturing defects, the product will be shipped back to you without a refund.
To exercise the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, you MUST first obtain an RMA number from GG Optix and then return the product, transportation prepaid. Within 14 days of receipt of the returned item we will issue you a credit for the amount of the original amount paid, less any restocking fee and labor and material costs. This will go directly back to your original method of payment.
