Lost and Broken replacements coverage will always be included at no additional cost with every order. This is our commitment to you.

We get that life gets hectic. We get sometimes you drop your sunglasses reaching down to tie your shoes. We also get you may lose your sunglasses after a 6 hour bender at an Atlantic City Beach Concert (maybe thats just us). Regardless of whether you brake the shades or lose them we want to help you out and save you the hastle of buying a new expensive pair of shades. We are not going to give you a whole paragraph saying its free and then surprising you as you read down so we will just get right down to brass tax.

You just pay a small processing fee of $14.99 USD (U.S orders), that’s it! 

This is a flat cost to assist us in fulfilling and shipping your replacement. Now to offer this kind of warranty we can only cover a max of two (2) replacements per purchased pair. After two (2) warranty claims we’ll ask that you buy the next one to make sure we can continue to offer such a strong warranty.

This warranty only covers orders through ggoptix.com only. Claims may be made for the same style you purchased, if available. If the product you previously purchased is sold out, you will have the option choose a different style of the same value. 

To request a replacement, email us to [email protected] with the reason for replacement, your name, order number and email used at the time of order. Once your replacement request has been processed, you will receive a one time unique coupon code to process the order for your new pair.

In order to continue providing our awesome Lost and Broken coverage, please be advised that qualification for this program is at GG Optix’s sole discretion. GG Optix reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage. We may request pictures of the product, the actual product, or a detailed written statement to review and approve a warranty claim. GG Optix will always try to provide an alternative resolution if for any reason our warranty team deny’s your warranty claim.
